Contact the seller about an issue
For damaged, leaking, incorrect or otherwise problematic goods, contact BETWA INDUSTRY on WhatsApp at +91 8817300560 with the order reference and a description of the issue. Relevant photographs and packaging details can help the seller assess it. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Food-product handling
Mustard oil is a food product. Do not open or consume a product that appears damaged or unsafe. Confirm return eligibility, any reporting window and any return-shipping arrangements with the seller before order acceptance. This website does not promise unrestricted change-of-mind returns.
Cancellations and refunds
Ask the seller about cancellation before dispatch. The response may depend on the actual stage of the order. If a replacement or refund is agreed, the seller confirms the method and expected processing timeline in the order conversation. A payment screenshot alone is not proof that the seller received funds.
