WhatsApp order terms
An enquiry comes first
Adding packs to the enquiry bag or opening WhatsApp does not place an order, confirm availability or complete a sale. Catalogue sizes are provided for enquiries; the seller confirms the current range and packaging. The seller confirms product price, delivery charges and the final payable total before payment.
Payment and acceptance
Use only payment details supplied by the seller after confirming order details. Online payment, Razorpay checkout and website UPI payment instructions are not active. The seller verifies receipt in the actual bank or merchant account before marking payment received. The seller separately confirms order acceptance. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP or bank login credentials.
Product information and records
Read the current pack for ingredients, batch information, best-before date and storage directions. Website photographs show genuine source packaging; ask the seller to confirm current packaging. Ask for invoice and tax details and applicable delivery, cancellation and returns terms before accepting the quote.
